In this position, you will:

  • Develop new business to drive sales growth through target hotel groups and their properties by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales
  • Identifies and analyzes growth opportunities through target Lodging accounts by understanding current lodging trends, customer needs, and product requirements.
  • Initiates sales process by reaching out to target accounts, building relationships, and scheduling appointments.
  • Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service benefits.
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; recommending alternate solutions, utilizing existing or new marketing tools, meeting unique customer needs.
  • Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product performance; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

The ideal applicant will possess:

  • Two years B2B Selling, minimum
  • Proven track record of account growth
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Good organizational/administrative/time management capabilities
  • Excellent customer service skills.
